Project
Previous to my work, Jeremy had a BT Customer Street website. There were some things he wasn’t happy about – for example; the monthly cost of paying BT Customer Street; the look and feel of the site; the control panel used to update the site and the customer service.
The solution I recommended was a site re-design including a logo and a WordPress site with The All In One SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) Pack and a blog.
I took care of the domain name and hosting transfer so that I had control of both. Then I produced page layouts and logo designs in Photoshop. I discussed these with Jeremy until we came to a final decision. I installed WordPress and customized a theme so that it looked like the Photoshop layouts I had produced. During the build I made some additional tweaks to the design.
The next stage is to redesign the home page to give it more clarity and impact. I’ll also try to encourage the user to contact Jeremy for more information.
